Important Events
- August 22 TONIGHT - Elementary Curriculum Night 5:30 pm (1st - 5th Grade ONLY, report to your student's classroom)
- August 23 - Middle School Curriculum Night 5:30 pm
6th grade will meet in rooms 3312/3314 on the 3rd floor
7th grade will meet in Mr. Sander's room (3214)
8th grade will meet in Ms. Griffin's room (3208)
- August 25 - High School Curriculum Night 5:30 pm (Report to your student's first period class)
- September 5 - Labor Day Holiday / No School
- FLC is closed - Students will need to be picked up by 2:50 unless they are registered to go to AfterSchool/study hall. If they are not picked up by 3:00 pm, they will be sent to Afterschool/Study hall. Parents will be responsible for the charges.

Carpool Requests
- Parent, Lanita Dancil, student is in 4th grade. Buckleigh Subdivision near Reedy Creek Park. Please call her if you are able to carpool at (cell) 347-423-3771 or (home) 980-819-9870.
- Parent, Rhonda Hughes, has 2 Elementary students. She needs help with carpooling 2-3 times a week for the months of Sept and Oct. She is willing to offer gas money. They live off of Harrisburg Road. Contact number is 518-528-9280.

For your convenience and ease of ordering, HGCS apparel has moved all spirit wear sales online! Apparel will no longer be sold in person at the school so be sure to order all of your spirit wear while the online shop is open. The apparel store is also available in the school app under "more".
Please ensure you place all orders by Wednesday September 7th at midnight. Orders will be individually packed and delivered to HGCS within 3 weeks of the store closing date.
