2018-2019 Student Re-enrollment Update

The 2017-2018 school year Renweb Parent Portal will be closed on Wednesday, June 6, 2018.
For those parents who have not re-enrolled for the 2018-2019 school year and plan on doing so, you must submit your re-enrollment application by Tuesday, June 5, 2018. If you do not plan to re-enroll, please note that June 5 will be the last day that you have access to your Renweb Parent Portal and will be able to print final report cards. If you have any questions, please contact the Admissions Office at 704-531-3589.

For those parents who have re-enrolled, your 2018-2019 Renweb Parent Portal will re-open on Monday, June 18, 2018.

May 14-17          Middle School End of Year Testing
May 16-17          High School Exams
May 16               Elementary Field Day
May 17               K5 Celebration / Last day of school for K5
May 18               Last day of school / 1/2 day dismissal
May 18               Graduation, 6 pm, Worship Center
May 29 -             Summer Camps begin
June 1                Enrollment Fee goes up to $800
June 6                Renweb Parent Portal closes
June 18              Renweb Parent Portal opens for enrolled families

Week of May 1, 2017

2017-2018 Student Re-enrollment Update

HGCS Parents, The 2016-2017 school year Renweb Parent Portal will be closed on Wednesday, June 7, 2017.  For those parents who have not re-enrolled for the 2017-2018 school year and plan on doing so, you must submit your re-enroll application by Tuesday, June 6, 2017.   If you do not plan to re-enroll, please note that June 6 will be the last day that you have access to your Renweb Parent Portal and will be able to print final report cards.  If you have any questions, please contact the Admissions Office at 704-531-3589. For those parents who have re-enrolled, your 2017-2018 Renweb Parent Portal will re-open on Monday, June 19, 2017.

Announcements for the Week of September 26, 2016

From RenWeb

Effective November 1, 2016, RenWeb will no longer support Windows XP and Vista operating systems. 
What does this mean for you? A computer running Windows XP or Windows Vista will not be able to access any RenWeb product including RenWeb Desktop, RenWeb 1, Donor Connect, etc. 

Why the change? Renweb is taking this step due to vulnerabilities found in the TLS 1.0 security protocol. And, unfortunately, Windows XP and Vista will not support protocols above TLS 1.0. Microsoft discontinued mainstream support for both Windows XP and Windows Vista and will not be releasing a fix to enable TLS beyond 1.0 in either operating system (source). 


We care about the security of our customers and their data. We understand this change will be inconvenient, but the risks of TLS 1.0 vulnerability are real. We encourage you to call us at 866-800-6593 with your questions and concerns.
